Return Policy

Because of the nature of our products, and for general safety reasons, we do not accept returns.

If your product arrives damaged, or if we have made an error, and it cannot be remedied with replacements, we will refund you 100%.

Shipping

Shipping times for our kratom products varies based on your location. All kratom orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment. However, in rare cases, due to post office delays, it can take longer. All shipments are shipped via FedEx and most of our US clients receive their packages in less than a week.

You will receive an automated email after your kratom has shipped which will contain your tracking information.

Please note that all kratom orders placed on a weekend or holiday will not be processed until the next working business day.

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States, except where kratom is not legal. Kratom is not legal in Australia, Malaysia, Thailand, Denmark, Finland, Grenada, Lithuania, New Zealand, Romania, Poland, Bhutan, Latvia, and Sweden.

We do not ship to any countries or states where kratom is illegal.
